Dear honoured guests,
In the Summer of 386, Llewellyn Leafstalker commissioned the construction of the City of Dreams as testament to what Navarr can be in the wake of the vallorn. Now, even in the face of war, lost homeland, broken armies, and new ones besides, the City is complete.
I invite you to celebrate, here in the Temple of the Waking Dream, newly finished within Seren. This is a place of virtue, of mysticism, and of dreaming towards a future for our Nation. Navarr will not always have its dance entwined with the steps laid out for us all those centuries ago, and this is the first symbol of what we will be once our founders' dance is complete.
I look forward to welcoming my Navarri siblings and Imperial cousins into the Temple, and I sincerely hope you will join me as its completion brings Seren to stand as a thriving city, the beating heart from which the blood of the Empire flows.
